We're Gemma, James, Nick, and Cody, the ownership team behind Yosemite Elevated Stays. As vacation rental homeowners and operators ourselves, we built our company around a simple belief: property management should feel local, personal, and accountable. Gemma & James are also vacation rental homeowners, giving our ownership team firsthand experience with the pride, responsibility, and personal investment that come with owning a home. Every arrival is prepared to the same standard. Homes are cleaned and quality-checked by housekeepers who know them, stocked with the essentials guests forget to pack, and fitted with smart lock access so check-in is effortless. Guests are verified before arrival through identity checks and risk screening, which protects your home and keeps the wrong bookings out. Elevated Care in Every Detail

Your home is checked every other week, inside and out, by a team member who knows it. Every visit runs through a 50-point home and safety checklist and is documented with photos, so small issues get caught before they become expensive ones. Every stay carries up to $25,000 in damage protection, covering linens, pet damage, theft and even bed bug incidents, backed by $1 million in general liability cover. We handle verification and claims end to end. On the ownership side, you get tailored revenue management that looks past nightly rates to fees, promotions, local events and demand trends, plus monthly statements, quarterly insights and annual reviews. Lodging tax filing and remittance are handled for you. You always know exactly how your home is performing.
